  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices thick-sliced bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup PowerUp Goji Power Trail Mix


  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices mayo-side down in the skillet.
  3. Top each slice of bread in the skillet with 1 slice of cheese, then 2 Tbsp PowerUp trail mix, then another slice of cheese, then the remaining bread, mayo-side up.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, pressing firmly with a spatula, until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  5. Slice and enjoy.
