Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices thick-sliced bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup PowerUp Goji Power Trail Mix
Directions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices mayo-side down in the skillet.
- Top each slice of bread in the skillet with 1 slice of cheese, then 2 Tbsp PowerUp trail mix, then another slice of cheese, then the remaining bread, mayo-side up.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side, pressing firmly with a spatula, until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Slice and enjoy.
